Who we are

Lustre Health, Inc. is a telehealth platform that connects patients with independent licensed healthcare providers and licensed compounding pharmacies. We do not practice medicine. All clinical decisions are made by your treating provider, not by Lustre Health.

Prescription medications

All medications dispensed through Lustre require a valid prescription. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved drug products. They are prepared by licensed 503A pharmacies under USP-797 standards. Results vary. These products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Eligibility & account

You must be 18 or older and a U.S. resident to use Lustre Health. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Subscriptions & billing

Lustre protocols are billed monthly. You may pause or cancel before your next refill ships. Refunds are not available on shipped medications. Contact hello@lustrehealth.com for billing questions.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lustre Health shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our platform or the medications prescribed through it. Your use of Lustre Health is at your own risk.

Indications

Compounded peptides are prescribed off-label for wellness, performance, and recovery goals under the supervision of a licensed medical provider. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Rx Only

All peptides dispensed by Lustre Health are prescription-only medications requiring a valid prescription from a licensed provider.

Compounded Medications Notice

Compounded medications are not FDA-approved drug products. They are prepared by state-licensed 503A compounding pharmacies under USP Chapter 797 standards.

Who Should Not Use

  • Active or history of malignancy
  • Pregnancy or breastfeeding
  • Known hypersensitivity to any peptide component
  • Uncontrolled diabetes or severe insulin resistance

Common Side Effects

  • BPC-157: Generally well-tolerated. Possible injection site reactions.
  • Sermorelin / Tesamorelin: Water retention, joint discomfort, transient tingling.
  • GHK-Cu: Generally well-tolerated. Mild injection site reactions possible.

Drug Interactions

Peptides may interact with insulin, hormone therapies, and immunosuppressants. Disclose all medications to your provider.
