Lustre Health is a physician-led platform built for women who already have a sophisticated wellness routine and are ready for the next layer. We connect you with licensed clinicians who prescribe personalized peptide protocols — delivered to your door, managed on your schedule.
Yes — completely. Lustre protocols are prescription medications, not supplements. Every order requires a valid prescription from a licensed U.S. clinician, compounded to USP-797 sterile standards in a licensed 503A pharmacy. That's the same regulatory standard as your injectable treatments at a medspa, not a capsule from a supplement shelf.
Yes — and our Recomposition Protocol was specifically designed with GLP-1 graduates in mind. Semaglutide and tirzepatide are highly effective for weight loss, but they can contribute to muscle loss and skin laxity. The Sermorelin + Tesamorelin stack helps preserve lean muscle, reduce visceral fat, and address the skin changes that often follow significant weight loss.
Skin changes from GHK-Cu and Sermorelin typically become visible within 6–10 weeks. Sleep quality and energy shifts often appear within the first 3–4 weeks. Your provider sets realistic expectations for your specific protocol during the consultation.
It depends on your protocol. The Glow Protocol often doesn't require baseline labs. Growth hormone protocols like Sermorelin may require baseline IGF-1 levels — if so, we order them to your nearest LabCorp, or you can upload a recent panel from your own physician.
All Lustre peptides are administered subcutaneously — a small injection into the layer of fat just under the skin, typically on the abdomen. A detailed injection training guide and video are included with every first shipment. Most patients find the process straightforward within the first week.
Side effects vary by peptide. Sermorelin can cause mild water retention, transient joint discomfort, or tingling — common with elevated GH/IGF-1 levels and usually temporary. GHK-Cu is generally very well tolerated. Your provider discusses the specific profile for your protocol during the consultation.
Lustre is built specifically for women. Most peptide brands speak to male biohackers. Our protocols are designed around the outcomes women actually care about — skin quality, body composition, sleep, longevity — not performance metrics. The clinical rigour is identical; the experience and the positioning are entirely different.
Possibly, yes — but your provider needs the full picture. Peptides can interact with insulin, hormone therapies, and immunosuppressants. Disclose all medications and supplements during your intake. Your provider will advise on compatibility before prescribing anything.
Monthly check-ins are conducted asynchronously via the Lustre patient portal. You'll share how you're responding — sleep, energy, skin changes, any side effects — and your provider will review and adjust your protocol accordingly. No waiting rooms, no scheduling gymnastics.
You can pause or cancel through your patient portal at any time, before your next refill ships. Reach out to hello@lustrehealth.com if you need assistance.
