We collect information you provide directly — including name, email, date of birth, health history, and payment information — when you create an account, complete a health intake, or communicate with us. We also collect information about how you use our platform through cookies and similar technologies.
Your information is used to: provide and improve our services; connect you with licensed healthcare providers; process your prescription and fulfil your orders; send you clinical communications related to your protocol; and comply with applicable laws and regulations.
Lustre Health is HIPAA-compliant. Your protected health information (PHI) is encrypted at rest and in transit. We do not sell your PHI. We share it only with your treating providers, our licensed pharmacy partners, and as required by law.
We retain your account and health records for as long as your account is active and as required by applicable healthcare regulations. You may request deletion of non-clinical data by contacting us at hello@lustrehealth.com.

All peptides dispensed by Lustre Health are prescription-only medications requiring a valid prescription from a licensed provider.
Compounded medications are not FDA-approved drug products. They are prepared by state-licensed 503A compounding pharmacies under USP Chapter 797 standards.
Peptides may interact with insulin, hormone therapies, and immunosuppressants. Disclose all medications to your provider.
